Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Dynasty Technologies Pvt. Limited ("we") provides Dynasty Infinity. This policy explains how we handle personal data on our website and in the Service. Contact: support@dynastyinfinity.app, Dynasty Technologies Pvt. Limited, Pakistan.

2. Our two roles

For our own customers, members and website visitors, we decide how data is used (we are the controller).

For messages, contacts and other Customer Data that businesses process through the Service, the business is the controller and we act on its instructions (we are the processor). The business's own privacy notice applies to its customers; see our Data Processing Addendum.

3. What we collect

• Account details: name, work email, mobile number, company, country, role and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Billing details: plan, invoices, payment method, payment references and receipts you upload. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage and security data: sign-in times, IP address, device and browser, two-factor settings and an activity log of important changes.
• Website forms: what you send us through the contact and demo forms.
• Customer Data processed for businesses: contacts, phone numbers and WhatsApp IDs, messages and media, notes, tags, deals and reports.

4. How we use it

• To provide, secure and support the Service and your account.
• To bill you and keep financial records.
• To answer questions and demo requests, and to send service emails (for example trial reminders and invoices).
• To prevent fraud and abuse, such as repeated free trials.
• To improve the Service using aggregated, de-identified information.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Customer Data to advertise to your customers.

5. Who we share it with

• Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), to send and receive the messages you ask us to.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the Service and its database.
• Email delivery providers, for service emails.
• AI providers, only when a business turns on the AI add-on, to produce translations, transcripts, drafts and summaries.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.

Each provider may only use the data to provide its service to us.

6. Where data is stored

The Service runs on cloud infrastructure that may be located outside Pakistan, for example in the European Union or the United States. Messages passing through Meta are also processed under Meta's terms. We use providers with strong security and contractual protections.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account and Customer Data while the account is active. After a trial ends without a paid plan, we keep the data for a limited period (currently 60 days) and then delete it. After a paid account closes, we delete or anonymise Customer Data within a reasonable time unless the law requires us to keep it. Billing records are kept as tax law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to some uses, by writing to support@dynastyinfinity.app. If your data is in a business's account (for example, you messaged a company that uses Dynasty Infinity), please contact that business first; we will help them respond.

9. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, encrypted secrets, two-factor sign-in, role-based access and a tamper-evident activity log. See our Security page for more.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not meant for children under 18.

11. Changes

We will post updates here and change the date above. For material changes we will tell account owners by email.
