Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

The free trial needs no payment card and is never charged. If you do nothing when it ends, no payment is taken.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by telling us at support@dynastyinfinity.app or from your billing page when available. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed.

3. Refunds

• Monthly plans: fees for a period that has started are not refunded.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the first yearly payment, we refund the payment less any discount you received and the months used, counted at the monthly price.
• If we remove a material paid feature or end the Service, we refund the unused prepaid part.
• Payments made by mistake (for example, paying the same invoice twice) are refunded in full.

Meta's charges are billed by Meta, not by us, so we cannot refund them; used prepaid credits under a written managed arrangement are not refundable either. Refunds are made to the original method where possible: PKR payments by bank transfer, and USDT to a wallet address you confirm. We are not responsible for network fees or exchange-rate differences.

4. Changing plans and seats

Upgrades and extra seats apply straight away and are charged pro rata for the rest of the period. Downgrades and fewer seats apply at renewal, and are not refunded for the current period. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade; features above the new plan pause.

5. Unpaid renewals

If a renewal invoice is not paid by its due date and the grace period, we may restrict or suspend the account until it is paid. Your data is kept for a limited time so you can return.

6. How to ask

Write to support@dynastyinfinity.app with your company name and invoice number. We aim to answer within 3 business days and to process approved refunds within 14 business days.
